Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
You will be charged a 50% fee if you cancel a session with less than 48-hour notice, given that you reschedule for an appointment within 10 days. Each client is entitled to one “free” emergency cancellation with less than a 48-hour notice.
You have the right to reasonable notice of changes in services or charges. In the event that I need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will receive a 50% discount on your next session.
